Tapas Tuesday: Tennessee Lemonade

Who needs another round? I do!  Another great refreshing cocktail that reminds me of summer is Tennessee Lemonade. There are so many organic or natural lemonades in stores now that it is very easy to make. But here is a great "from scratch" recipe:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup fresh lemon juice
5 cups cold water
Jack Daniels to taste
6 lemon slices
Fresh mint for garnish
Combine sugar and boiling water until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice and store in fridge until ready to use. Add cold water and jack Daniel's when ready to serve. Fill glasses with ice and lemon slices and generously pour lemonade. Garnish with mint. Enjoy.... And have another!
