Tapas Tuesday: Cream Cheese & Pepper Jelly

Now here's an appetizer that any Southern Hostess can master - cream cheese smothered in pepper jelly (bought from your local farmers market, of course.)  You can serve it in these tasty phyllo pastry tarts or simply with crackers.  It can be made in a matter of minutes and is sure to please any palette.  Enjoy!
