I love to make homemade confetti for parties, dinners, or gifts! I simply use paper punches and colored card stock. I punch out rabbits for easter, birthday cakes for birthdays, and fleur de lis confetti for Mardi Gras! You can use circles, hearts, and stars all year round... so invest in those basics first.
