I do love free shipping... who doesn't?! I purchased this gold metallic cotton garland to decorate for the holidays all the way through New Year's - I love garland more than one should! Garland is one of my top party supplies! It is versatile enough to be used for birthdays, showers, and bachelorette parties in addition to the holidays. I love how simple (yet glam) that it is! Can't wait to hang it up when it gets here!
