Southern Hostesses love cookbooks! I love The Southern Foodways Alliance Cookbook and A Southerly Course is on my wish list! Most Southern cookbooks seem to be built around old family recipes, and I love the beautiful photos and the old stories. The use of farm fresh ingredients is also fantastic!
